When we experience stress, trauma, heartbreak, or prolonged periods of pressure, our bodies often hold onto those experiences long after the event has passed. This can show up as anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, difficulty relaxing, emotional reactivity, fatigue, feeling disconnected from yourself, or a sense that you’re carrying more than you can explain.
Through a guided continuous breathing technique, this session helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for release and healing. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply relaxed afterward—as though they have finally exhaled something they’ve been carrying for a very long time.
